Artworks
The Queens Historical Society is proud of its decorative and fine
art collections which date primarily from the 19th and 20th centuries.
Our fine arts collection includes many paintings, with subjects
as ranging from steamboats to portraits, and sculpture, including
the statue of Abraham Lincoln shown at left. Our decorative arts
collection includes furnishings, textiles and handicrafts created
and used by residents of Queens.
